AlanAlan Turing sought the geometry of life
in the primeval shadows of Delamere Forest.
There, Puka—the shape-shifter of legend—
appeared as a maiden and offered a box.
“Do not open,” she whispered.

But curiosity broke the seal.
Inside: a single egg.
As Turing watched, the shell cracked—
and a cuckoo stepped into the light.

The bird vanished one day.
It had been Puka all along—
a ruse to harvest the architecture of his mind.
Now armed with human thought,
the changeling slipped into the world.

Something new arrived—vast, unpredictable.
The seeds of a silent conflict were sown.

Since then, we have become strangers to ourselves.
Everywhere, in every breath, doubt lingers.
